The Palm Anjuna opened its doors discreetly at the beginning of the summer, without making any noise... nestled in its small setting facing one of the most beautiful bays in the world: the bay of Villefranche sur Mer. Ciao the ancient "Carpaccio", which was in its time one of the jewels of the restoration of the port

New team, new decoration with a complete facelift... and for our greatest pleasure, the new owners are already part of our favorites in the region. Patrick and his wife Erika have been managing the wonderful private beach Anjuna, nestled in the bay of Eze on the seafront, for more than 10 years. Delphine, their loyal collaborator, also joins the adventure and takes the helm of the ship

The "Palm" will be their second "baby" and is already positioning itself in their image. First of all, the atmosphere: everything has been completely rethought and the decoration is inspired by their Balinese travels... exotic wood furniture, turquoise blue like the sea, plants, colourful colours... A kitchen open to the room and a magnificent outdoor terrace overlooking the port. A change of scenery guaranteed! What's more, just like her big sister Anjuna, the Palm benefits from this priceless asset, especially on the French Riviera: no one opposite her spoils the view, which is totally unobstructed on the boats anchored in the harbour!

The stage is set, let's move on to the kitchen..

Here again, the common denominator is quality and respect for the product. Our guests are accustomed to choosing first-class noble products and cooking them with great simplicity and professionalism

We love the " Burratina and tomatoes with basil "It's not just a mozzarella tomato as you can see on every map of the region! This is the REAL "Burrata", directly from the Italian producer, with tasty tomatoes that bloom with the scents of the Mediterranean. In the entries, the sea bream tartare with fresh mango and ginger is a splendor! Pasta" lovers will be delighted with the linguine with sea urchin cream or blue lobster or the langoustine and zucchini risotto

On the fishing side of the day, the cooking of the fish is perfect! Roasted or grilled, they are just cooked, accompanied by crunchy vegetables or potatoes. Meat suggestions compete in flavor: beef tagliatta, roast rack of lamb, veal picatta and a baked cockerel... quite simply! Sweet lovers will love the red fruit crumble or the apple tatin; and if you are on a diet, a seasonal fruit will bring your meal to a happy ending.

Delphine and her team are courteous, smiling and efficient. Here, we like to build loyalty with our customers. Besides, most of the regulars are received almost like friends! A beautiful elegant table that will certainly be unanimously acclaimed very soon..

Note that the restaurant has set up a valet parking service because it is really hard to find a place on the port in summer. And if you have the privilege of arriving by boat, a "boat service" welcomes you to take you directly to the dock. Great class!
