It is in Pont-du-Loup, on a farm on his grandfather's land, that Robin Polimeni created his local craft brewery. Very sensitive to Amerindian culture since his early childhood, Robin, then in search of a name for his creations, wanted his beers to keep an indelible trace of their place of creation on the banks of the Wolf. When he translated "Loup" in Amerindian by "bacho" it was the trigger: his Bacho Brewery was born!
This former DJ and entrepreneur in the event business got into the craft brewery a bit by chance, when a friend of his was offered a brewing kit, Robin became more interested in this activity, he finally fell in love with it! Aware of the complexity of making a good beer, Robin perfected his skills and went back to school to learn the most elaborate brewing techniques. Today, he is very demanding in the making of his Bacho beers.
Among the pack of bottles produced in the Bacho brewery there are two categories of beers: the fixed scale and the ephemeral scale. The second varies according to the calendar (e.g. Christmas beer). Bacho beers are for all palates, connoisseurs and amateurs alike. Fans will love to smell the hop notes that Robin selects with great care, while novices will learn to discover sweet and flowery beers or more bitter beers depending on the flavours

Indeed, Robin offers all year round to share his knowledge through brewing workshops. With its success, Bacho Brewery will soon open its 160m2 boutique just a few meters from the famous Florian confectionery, still in the commune of Pont du Loup.
