Count on a flight time between Bali and Lombok of about 15 minutes. The flight is shorter than with other companies, but more expensive. Certainly one of the best companies to go to Lombok from Bali. Blue Bird Taxi is THE cab company in Bali and Lombok. Founded in 1965, it is reliable and affordable. Count on Rp 150,000 for a trip between Bangsal (the port opposite the Gili Islands) and Senggigi, and Rp 200/250,000 to Mataram. Drivers are generally friendly and helpful, and for a fee (usually Rp 100/200,000) they can also wait for you for a few hours on site during your visit, so you don't have to look for another cab. It's also possible to leave the meter running.
