Departures to Java, West Bali and North Bali. For Surabaya, Jogjakarta or Jakarta, remember to book during peak periods (August1, Independence Day, August 31, etc.). Ticket prices include ferry fares, which can be purchased the same day or the day before. Buses depart mainly between 6 and 8 a.m. or between 6 and 8 p.m., but connections are available all day long.

Read moreThe Perama terminal in Ubud is located south of downtown Ubud on Jalan Hanoman, just after the bend that turns into the monkey forest. Perama offers a shuttle bus service, sometimes pleasant and comfortable, sometimes more rustic, whose main interest is the extent of the network. The service remains much cheaper than a cab. If the departure times are fixed, the arrival times are more random. Shuttles leave several times a day from and to Candidasa, Kuta, Lovina, Sanur or Padang Bai.
