Located in the Trinity-Bellwoods sector, this beautiful green space covers 14.6 hectares. Literally taken by storm on a sunny day, it is here that the inhabitants of the district come to relax and not only. A haven for relaxation but also for leisure activities, there are baseball, volleyball and tennis courts, a paddling pool and two children's playgrounds, and picnic areas in abundance. In winter, the skating rink is a delight for young and old alike. Bonus: farmer's market on site, every Tuesday from 3pm to 7pm, from May to the end of October.

As in London, it's the largest park in the city. The buses and the subway train the amateurs of walks and sportsmen of all kinds. Every summer there is a Shakespeare festival.

Located between Burlington and Oakville, this park will allow you to relax and linger over time. Witness demonstrations in the Spruce Lane farm house of the 1890 s. Bring your children into a miniature farm and flatter animals. Take camping, swim in an outdoor swimming pool (one of the largest in the country), stroll through the natural trails or take a bicycle ride. Wear trousers for salmon and trout fishing in the creek. In winter, you can skate outside (on-site skates hire), slide on slopes and cross-country skiing.

The Scarborough Bluffs are a little-known natural wonder for tourists. This escarpment on the shores of Lake Ontario is about 15 kilometres long and requires some caution if you are prone to vertigo: there is a 65-metre-high cliff. The area is beautiful and scenic, with white sandy beaches at the base of the cliffs and the turquoise waters of Lake Ontario. There are several parks, picnic areas and trails throughout the area.

It occupies five floors dedicated to exhibitions, installations and performances by local and international artists.

This is the newest addition to Parks Canada. A huge project that took place over several years and became the largest urban park in North America, happily surpassing Central Park in New York City (23 times larger). In addition to its biodiversity, the park is home to one of the largest marshes in the region, patches of Carolinian forest, a beach on the shores of Lake Ontario and more.
