Read moreFounded in 1959, this cooperative brings together nearly 80 winegrowers and 150 hectares of vines. Some plots are on the terroirs of the Grands Crus Ollwiller, Spiegel and Zinnkoepflé. The winery houses a museum and a shop stocked with regional products. The Soultz-Wuenheim wine trail and the vineyards of the Château d'Ollwiller are strong witnesses to the wine tourism developed here. The estate is undergoing organic conversion, with the first 2020 vintages!

Read moreThe cellar of Beblenheim, managed by 170 families of cooperators and 46 employees, is immediately welcoming with its yellow half-timbered houses and its authentic inner courtyard full of greenery. Inside, one is transported by the history between the old exposed wooden press and the impressive wooden tuns. You can then enjoy (by appointment) a tasting of several of the estate's wines such as the pinot noir cuvée Passion or the crémant d'Alsace brut cuvée Prestige, which won a gold medal at the world's best sparkling wine competition in 2022.
