The Italian Village already has a beautiful Mulhouse route since the activity started in 1984 with the manufacture of ravioli stuffed with beef. Michael Sordelli heads up this fine Colmar establishment, which offers an Italian delicatessen and catering service. Lucca is an Italian town twinned with Colmar, so perhaps that's why the name of the establishment immediately rings a bell. Michael is from Lucca, but works in Colmar with the bubbly Sandrine to bring you the best of the region. His daily lunch menus are an opportunity to discover the extent of his talent, which he has forged around the world.
