Their vintage cars, fitted out for sale, can be found in the gardens of Versailles and elsewhere, as well as in Le Mans for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. They can also be purchased in delicatessens and organic stores, and direct from the Le Mans workshop. Amélie has just created a new label, Confidences d'Amélie, and welcomes other producers and artisans to her Christmas market at the Farm.

The honeys from the Paumeraie apiaries are sold at the Nogent-le-Rotrou market on Saturday mornings and at several farmers' markets in Paris and the region. You can order from about fifteen varieties of honey including chestnut, bramble, acacia, fir, heather, lavender, garrigue, forest and other transhumance sites of the Sarthe beehives. Read moreBased on the family farm, Céline and Éric Chevalier raise dairy cows, fed on locally-grown fodder, mainly grass, a little corn and cereals, all based on "reasoned" farming practices. Part of their milk is processed into fresh and mature cheeses, sold in the farm store, which also offers jams, jellies and chutneys concocted by Christine Jardin with produce from her orchard and vegetable garden in nearby Saint-Jean-d'Assé. It has to be said, too, that it's a family affair: Christine grew up on La Tournerie farm, and Christine and Céline are also sisters-in-law.
