Launched in 2020, Angevin's first festival dedicated to the geek universe immediately found its audience. Over 10,000 visitors every year! Over 2 days, every facet of pop culture is represented: video games, science fiction, parallel universes, manga, heroic fantasy, comics, webculture, Asian pop culture, hightech, cosplay... And if you're unfamiliar with many of these terms, it's time to catch up with the festival's many speakers: young creators, speakers, authors, youtubers...

Every Sunday in July, the villages of the commune of Beaufort in Anjou animate the sound of the street arts. The shows alternately invest each municipality and take place in the streets, squares or courses. Above all, it is moments of poetry and reverie for small and large.

The "Au Coeur des Bulles" comic strip festival takes place in Montreuil-Bellay. The festival showcases the work of numerous comic strip artists, with this year's guest of honor Patrick Prugne, scriptwriter and comic strip artist. Visitors will be able to discover an exhibition of Patrick Prugne's work, as well as an exhibition of manga drawings by students from Collège Calypso in Montreuil-Bellay. Free comic book workshops will also be offered throughout the weekend, supervised by professionals in the field. New this year is the presence of a puppet theater hosted by Michel Rodrigue, designer of "Cubitus", as well as a performance on a mechanical horse by Compagnie NOROC, semi-finalists in the M6 show "Un incroyable talent", with the participation of Manon Moutinho, the first French woman to win a Voltige World Cup final. These events are free and open to all.
