Golf courses Haute-Garrone

If you enjoy playing golf, don't pass through the Toulouse area without stopping here. The Toulouse-Seilh golf course offers two courses planted with oak, birch and ash trees. They include nice little lakes, allowing for a wide variety of holes. The Peugeot Golf Guide ranks this site among the most beautiful golf courses in Europe. Its facilities include a comfortable clubhouse, a hotel, a very pleasant restaurant, a swimming pool and seminar rooms. They welcome both leisure and business clients.

The yellow course is a par 64 of 4,174 m with a slope of 109. It is composed of 9 par 3, 8 par 4 and 1 par 5. Particularly technical, with narrow fairways and multi-sloped greens, it offers the possibility of playing 18 holes in only three hours. It is also ideal for perfecting your short game.

The other course, red, is a par 72 of 5,862 m with a slope of 134 for men and 133 for women. It is composed of 5 par 3, 8 par 4 and 5 par 5. This relatively flat course finds all its attraction in the diversity of its holes, sometimes wooded, sometimes on water, sometimes long and sometimes technical.

It is a superb address for both enthusiasts and amateurs who will be able to learn in the best conditions. Hotel guests as well as simple visitors will appreciate the brasserie for the pleasure of having a drink or enjoying a good table facing a superb panorama.

An urban golf course accessible by bus? Toulouse has done it, with Golf de Garonne, opening in 2019. Here you are just a few minutes from the city center, in a quiet setting on the banks of the Garonne: 17 hectares of a compact course, ideal when you want to play with little time to spare. A regional training center, it is aimed at beginners as well as experienced players, whether able-bodied or disabled. The 20-station driving range, 10 of which are covered, has a depth of 300 meters. There's also a panoramic restaurant with an attractive terrace.

The Golf de Salies-du-Salat is located a short distance from the centre. It has a nine-hole course approved by the French Golf Federation, a driving range with seven posts extending over a length of 240 metres, as well as a putting green. You can also have a drink or a meal in the club house. If you stay for a longer period of time in the beautiful town of Salies-du-Salat, it is of course possible to take lessons and participate in competitions. A nice course accessible to everyone, in a very beautiful setting.
