This festival of Latin and Afro-Cuban music created in 1993 is the first in Europe. Tempo Latino unfolds three days of escape and parties to the sound of artists and groups of Latin, Afro-Cuban and Caribbean music. Salsa, mambo, meringue or cumbia will set fire to the four stages, including the main stage of the arena. A street market, bars and restaurants welcome and invigorate festival-goers, and the whole town of Vic-Fezensac vibrates and dances to Latin rhythms, in a generous and mixed atmosphere.

For more than 28 years, this festival entirely dedicated to drollets ("children" in Occitan) has been attracting young and old alike. During a weekend, the whole village of Simorre becomes a playground for the little ones. Circus, painting, pottery, music, board games, dance... with each workshop new discoveries. Just stroll through the streets and stop in front of the stands to discover a new activity. Of course, many street animations and shows will take place throughout the day!

For the past thirty years, the Circa association has been promoting original creations around the circus arts. Each year, it organizes a festival of the current circus in the fall. The best circus troupes from France and the world perform under the big top. In addition to this festival, CIRCA welcomes circus artists in residence throughout the year. The centre provides a place for artists to rehearse, create and produce.

Far less famous than the Mirande festival, and also more recent, the Vic-Fezensac Western Country Festival nonetheless attracts enthusiasts of this line dance straight from the United States of America. The dancers don their boots and stetsons, and step to the rhythm of the banjo and fiddle. Far West-inspired entertainment and free concerts are also organized in the town center, which is redecorated in the colors of the American flag for the occasion. The festival will celebrate its ^6th edition in 2024.

Founded in 1991 by a group of traditional Occitan dancers, the Trad'envie festival is dedicated to showcasing the diversity of popular Occitan culture through dance, song, music and, of course, the Occitan language... The festival also hosts a stringed-instrument fair, and every year, it's a bold and eclectic affair. With no fewer than twenty concerts and dances, there's no doubt that everyone will be able to enjoy some fine musical discoveries, as well as fine Gascon meals!

Situated one hour from Agen and one and a half hours from Toulouse, Fleurance is a charming Gascon bastide town which covers 43.32 km² and has 6,419 inhabitants, making it the fourth largest town in the Gers department in terms of population (behind Auch, Condom and L'Isle Jourdain). Member of the Community of Communes of the Lomagne Gersoise and Pays Portes de Gascogne, the town is also the capital of the canton. It is a particularly dynamic city, with many festivities that make the richness and dynamism of the town: the carnival in April, the cuivros foliz in July, the Fleurance astronomy festival in August, not forgetting the very beautiful programme of the cultural season. Fleurance has also developed a remarkable economic and commercial life.

On the first Sunday in August, and even from Saturday onwards, the city of Eauze lives to the rhythm of comics through a festival that welcomes many renowned French and foreign authors every year. A key meeting place for lovers of quality bubbles, it attracts around 5,000 people and has become an essential event. In 2019, for the 28th anniversary of the festival, many confirmed artists and emerging talents will once again be present. The Festival will pay tribute to Tintin, which is celebrating its 90th anniversary this year.
