Here, no deference and no misplaced claims: you are half way between the corner bistro and the restaurant where you get the recovering for a reasonable sum. The entrance of the MIDI formula consists of a cold buffet in free service, with delicious courgettes on the Neapolitan, but also more traditional commodities: sausages, local rillettes, etc. Two dishes are then offered each day, with different types of accompaniments, never frites beans from the cru.
