Read moreA change in ownership in 2015 will have enabled this brand to revive. It is now an honourable restaurant, well situated, on the central square of Fleurance, facing the town hall. Its terrace is directly under the arcades, which is not to not in season! Father François has a simple card at competitive prices. Its midi formula is most complete, and its tomato-based pizza does not disappoint, once in the evening. It, interior decoration, inherited from former restaurateurs, and sometimes a little "stone" and cold, even though always very polite. Regularity is not always the case: as soon as there are many people, the kitchens sometimes have trouble following. An address to remember in the city centre, however, knowing how to combine Italian cuisine with gascons products.

The map proposed by Chef Olivier Estrabaud is varied with local products, fresh, according to the chef's mood and suggestions of old recipes revisited in a bistro way. Among the stars of the Table of Musketeers, the épices pork, the blanquette of the sea, the rabbit fricassee or the tatin pie. Small particularity compared with other facilities: you can bring your favourite wine to taste it during your meal (charge charges: 6 €). So it would be really foolish to deprive ourselves!
