Means of transport Gers

Auch station provides regular TER train connections with Toulouse, via Isle-Jourdain and Colomiers. All other train connections have been cancelled in the Gers. Therefore, the only way to get around the department using public transport is by bus. The station is equipped with an automatic ticket dispenser, a parking lot with 51 spaces and bike racks. The "Accès Train LIO" service for people with disabilities is available free of charge by booking at least 48 hours in advance.

The Auscitain Taxi company has 3 comfortable and spacious vehicles for your trips in Auch and its region. They are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week, upon reservation. The company approved by the CPAM can drive you to your hospital appointments and take care of the administrative steps for you. It can also take you to a party (wedding, festival, concert, bandas...) and bring you back safely so that you can fully enjoy the event. Finally, the company has a partnership with hotels in the region.

LIO is the bus service set up by the Occitanie region. Of the nine routes in the Gers, five link Auch to neighboring cities: routes 931 (Tarbes), 932 (Agen), 933 (Montauban), 934 (Aire-sur-Adour) and 935 (Toulouse). Routes 951 to 954 are more local (Condom, Nogaro...). Buses depart from and arrive in front of Auch railway station. They run every day, but timetables vary during school vacations. The company simplified its fare structure in 2020, adopting a single fare (from €1 to €2 depending on the journey).

The Greater Auch urban bus service is provided by Alliance. The 7 lines depart from the Baylac stop along the allées d'Étigny in the upper town, running from 7am to 8pm. They run to Hôpital (line A), Gare (line B), La Hourre (line C), Mouliot (line D), Pavie (line E), Duran (line F) and Preignan-Mairie (line G). The free Auscitaine shuttle runs continuously every 20 minutes between the upper and lower town, from 7.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Finally, the FlexoGare service provides service after the arrival of the last TER (8pm) from Toulouse.
