Gymnastics Meurthe-Et-Moselle

The Lorraine Gymnastics Committee is based at the Maison des Sports in Tomblaine and brings together more than 100 regional clubs and their members. Its objectives: to promote gymnastics (artistic, rhythmic, aerobic) and to put forward the elite of each category. At Mademoiselle Pôle, sport is all about having fun and discovering disciplines that are a change from the traditional jogging/pool... Here, classes range from Pole Dance to aerial yoga, aerial hooping, PilaYoga, prenatal yoga, Pole Exotic and flexibility classes. The school also offers workshops and courses for children: Pole Kids and Pole Ado. Please note that the school is affiliated to the Fédération française de Danse, and requires a license to take classes.
