For boxing, combat sports and martial arts, the Punch, a club run by world champion Valérie Henin, is a master in the art of teaching aikido, judo, karate, taekwondo, English boxing, Thai, full contact, kickboxing, wrestling or even body sculpt, sports gymnastics, aerokick or stretch yoga. Created in 1960, this club, which means "martial arts school" in Japanese, is a pillar of martial arts in Nancy. Today, it has 12 disciplines and more than 600 members: judo, aikido (also in handi-aikido), taekwondo, karate, kung-fu, hapkido, tai chi chuan, yoga and now body taekwondo fitness, which mixes taekwondo and fitness, in music. The teachers are specialized, qualified and graduated from different national federations. The spirit of Sho Bu Kai is prevention and social integration through martial arts.
