We chose a Sète tielle, a salmon steak and an apple pie. As for the show, it begins with the screening of a film about Brassens' time. Then an artist comes on stage and sings the main songs of great French variety singers: obviously Georges Brassens, but also Jacques Brel, Georges Moustaki...
