This 17th century castle located in the heart of the upper Chevreuse valley has been owned by the Breteuil family for 400 years. This anchoring in a family famous for its great government servants, ministers of finance, diplomats and patrons, is a major factor in the attraction we feel for this field. We are welcomed by the current owner, Henri-François de Breteuil, before being guided by the voice and anecdotes of the guide who leads us to discover these richly furnished rooms, which are still inhabited by the spirit or wax avatars of the illustrious kings, queens and artists who stayed or lived there, such as King Louis XVI, Marie-Antoinette, Marcel Proust and of course Charles Perrault, whose stories serve as the red thread for visiting the castle. Because Breteuil is a wonderful journey of discovery of history through play and enchantment, for children and their parents. The estate, placed under the protection of the Chat Botté that can be found everywhere, and especially where it is not expected, is animated by enthusiastic storytellers who revisit Perrault's most beautiful stories in front of an open-mouthed parterre. Breteuil knows how to renew itself over the seasons (Easter egg hunt, Christmas decorations), celebrating key holidays and scheduling shows and exhibitions, which change every month. Note that since last December, a new storytelling scene, entitled "Bluebeard", has been opened for adults, especially children. At mealtime or naptime, the park or the beautifully maintained gardens are appropriated as princes and princesses. We walk around and play freely, along the orchards, French gardens, meadows, labyrinths with a thousand box trees. We stop at the orangery, where children are given make-up or participate in workshops depending on the season, before going to the creperie or picnic on the lawns, not far from the playgrounds that make this site perfectly adapted to families and young visitors.

Located on a 3 hectare estate on the edge of the Rambouillet forest, Fragan organizes various receptions in a bright room overlooking the wooded park on one level (weddings, seminars, birthdays). The 200 ^m2 room can accommodate 150 seated people and can be extended by a tent that can also accommodate up to 200 people. The adjoining 850 ^m2 terrace is another possible extension if there are many guests. A "turnkey" service is available. Fragan also has a dominant plateau overlooking the 3.8ha confusing forest that gives an unobstructed view over 8 km;

Housed in a building in the late 3rd century, Les Sheep organize around a square courtyard and offers the rental of 130 reception rooms (from 210 m 2 to 2 m 210, or 100 to 300 seated or 240 to standing) with catering and sound at the choice of the organizer.

This grand property is specialized in receptions and weddings. Among other strong points, it puts a pool at the disposal of the clientele (only for receptions). Traditional style cuisine is very well known in the region, and in summer the terrace is a charming place. We will remember the elegance of the large bourgeois house in the middle of the th century. Finally, the professionalism of this establishment includes great courtesy at the reception and during the service.

This house of tradition, situated on a green park of 2 ha on the banks of the Seine, welcomes guests in the warm decor (all wood) of a large room and terrace overlooking nature and a piece of water. It serves traditional quality cuisine that is only a bit of fantasy, perhaps. The fact is that the institution has made itself a specialty of receptions and seminars: wedding, banquets and other private events, business lunches and corporate committees will be cordially received, and the restaurant will make available its 4 panoramic lounges (from 75 m 2 to 650 m 2, or 20 to 400 people with sonorisée dance track, and its menus studied for the occasion (from 46 to 99).

It was Benedictine monks who, in 1973, decided to restore monastic life on the site of the former abbey of Port-Royal-des-Champs, and, advised by a team of managers, created the Centre Culturel Le Prieuré, then composed of 55 austere rooms, 10 meeting rooms and a restaurant with 50 seats. More than 30 years later, refurbished, enlarged, modernized and having benefited from a good "publicity" (the French football team came to recharge its batteries and won the 1984 Euro), and above all managed by another team, the Centre de Port-Royal, with 8 fully equipped meeting rooms, 3 sub-committee rooms, 51 rooms with modern comfort (television, GST and telephone), and warm, with a view of the green forest, and a spacious and bright restaurant (150 seats) that offers 3 appetizing menus of a gourmet cuisine, welcomes all seminars and receptions. On site, you will also be able to enjoy various leisure activities such as playrooms, billiards, tennis courts and a multi-sport field. Private receptions can accommodate 60 to 120 people seated but only on weekends.

Olivet's former water mill - which only remains here in the wheel - is a small haven of peace for seminars, meetings, weddings and other receptions. Up to 250 seated or 400 standing in summer and mid-season, 80 people seated or 180 standing in winter.
