This beautiful cinema, impressive from the entrance, has 16 new and spacious rooms. It is the 1 ^st Western Parisian maple enamel, located on the 10 000 m ² on the 4 th and the last floor, where the spectators, before and after the meeting, can enjoy a superb view of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines with large glass-size glass. There are no fewer than 9 halls that greet spectators in this movie complex, with a small movies, all of them news, projected every week.

The Ferme farm was originally a possession depending on the center of the Templar Templar. From the creation of the Port-royal des Champs abbey, the history of Manet's estate can be traced more precisely. The sector depended, in the th century, on the stronghold of Guy de Chevreuse (who gave his name to Guyancourt) and who made the new abbey donation of several parcels of arable land or not: between 1237 and 1262, 146 acres (about 65 ha) were gathered between Barns and the municipality of Montigny-le-Bretonneux to form the basis of what became Manet's estate. The domain grew and embellir until the Revolution, where the 168 ha are redeemed to the ladies of Port-Royal by the last abbey farmer: Achille Raymond Yellow. At the end of the th century, the courtyard was bordered in a discontinuous manner by buildings which house the farmer's house, two stables, one vacherie, the dairy, one bergerie, two barns, one press and one monumental colombier. In the aftermath of the Revolution, the estate is acquired by Henri Marin Notta who, along with his son Vincent, will exploit it until 1860, when Ernest Gilbert will resume it. The transition from traditional farming to industrial activity is particularly interesting to follow in the evolution of Manet, because there is hardly any farm in Paris where the documentation on this subject is so precise and abundant. The transition was made by the Notta family. The farm in 1860 represents 300 ha, which at this time is considerable (Montigny occupies 667 ha). Aware of the historical, emotional and cultural value represented by this farm, the municipality of Montigny-le-Bretonneux decided to acquire it. From here, it is a whole rehabilitation and management program that was studied and then implemented. The farm is now a 900-seat concert hall, which hosts the great names of song, music, laughter, and more dramatic entertainment. It also functions as a seminar and communication centre.

The Théâtre theatre funded by the Ministry of Culture, the City and the Department is designed to create and produce performances. Thus, every two years, the Biennale of the theatrical creation for youth, the Festival Odyssées in Yvelines (next opus in 2016) takes place. The public can also attend very diverse performances: opera, dance, music, song… Almost 30 performances are given each season.

This theatre offers demanding programming, favouring the discovery and mixing of artistic forms. It is the expression of a cultural and artistic project open to all generations, artists or spectators. Classical and contemporary theatre, classical music, jazz, opera, dance, discovery of the new generation, French interpreters, but also exhibitions, lectures and literary cafés. The Theatre of Vésinet has chosen to promote the discovery of the family by offering a very rich young public programming, mixing humor, storytelling, song, dance and circus. It has a 400-seat room with 818 seats.

With 5 cinemas, this cinema offers films for the general public as well as Art et essai films every Monday.

Before being a film complex (the largest in the city) of 8 well-equipped and comfortable rooms, where the main films are distributed, the Cyrano was the concert hall where the artists took the first stage of their dates at the Olympia. Here, in 1964, the "English Stars", who shared the poster with Trini Lopez and Sylvie Vartan, played for the very first time in France. In this way, some 1 367 people (out of 2 000 seats) were privileged to attend the "general rehearsal" of the Beatles…

The cinema of the city consists of 5 rooms (accessible for disabled people) of 100, 200 and 400 seats, connected by a single technical cab equipped with a sound Dolby sound.

Built in 1937, the Théâtre de Poissy, located in the City Hall, was rehabilitated in 1991 to meet public requirements: acoustics, visibility, seating comfort, the aesthetic of the room give everyone a sense of excellence. Especially as films, most often in original subtitled, are often followed by a debate and/or a meeting (with directors, critics, or associations) taking advantage of a given theme.

Inaugurated on November 18, 1777 in the presence of Louis XVI and Marie-Antoinette, under the leadership of his "godmother", Marguerite Brunet, who became "Miss de Montansier", the theatre is above all the culmination of the latter. Formerly the Théâtre de la Grange, the Théâtre Robert-Manuel is located in the former barns of the Château de Plaisir. The building dates from the end of the 17th century, which gives the theatre a cachet appreciated by the public and artists. Its dimensions, on a human scale (190 seats), its mezzanine bar contribute to the conviviality of the place and the mix of audiences. As far as shows are concerned, only exceptional bookings from schools or associations are made.

Renovated in 2006, the new theatre's interior configuration has been transformed: the future reception hall, redesigned as a place of discovery, is ideal for strolling around with a bar and an exhibition room. The 980-seat performance hall has acoustic qualities that allow for a diversity of shows and offers the public ideal visibility, whatever the placement. La Clé des champs (dedicated to amplified music) is integrated into the complex, with a room for 868 standing places, 2 rehearsal studios and 1 room dedicated to the practice of amplified music, isolated by sound; finally, the accessibility to the Coluche area is improved with its car park built nearby. The latter is free on show nights.

This concert and rehearsal hall is entirely dedicated to the practice and distribution of amplified music. The room has a capacity of about 300 people and has a program based on about twenty dates each year. There are two full-fledged rehearsal studios that host about fifteen amateur groups.
