Read moreIn the spring, La Trinité invites you on the Sugar Road which leads you straight to the Galion factory, the last sugar factory in Martinique. On the program is a visit of the village of the craft industry and sugar, a guided tour of the factory which produces a wide range of cane sugars, horseback riding on quad bikes and hikes on the Galion land, festive animations, conferences, shows, fireworks… An event that allows you to discover and promote the sugar harvest made locally.

Read moreThe town of Sainte-Marie, birthplace of the Saint-James plantation and rum, celebrates the end of the sugar cane harvest every year. Rum tastings, shows, artists' exhibitions, musical evenings and craft stands selling jewellery and clothing are all part of the program. For the occasion, rare bottles of rum and old vintages can be sold. To be consumed with moderation, of course. The event takes place at the seaside.
