Created in 1937, the Basketwork Cooperative is the largest French manufacturer of wicker basketry. It controls the entire production process, from the cultivation of the wicker to the marketing of the manufactured articles. It has been awarded the distinction Entreprise du patrimoine vivant (Living Heritage Company). Its entire range of products is certified Origine France Garantie. Around fifty basket makers make up the cooperative, some of whom have been awarded the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman in France).

Atelier Lemaire, founded by Julien HEBRAS, is much more than a simple antique furniture restoration service in Parçay-Meslay. Bruno Levêque is a craftsman in a class of his own, a master of meticulousness. This enthusiast excels in the field of heraldry and has been awarded the title of "Meilleur ouvrier de France" during his career. You wish to have a pendant, a ring or any other piece of jewelry engraved? Bruno and his collaborators offer you an impeccable work. Engraving in intaglio, in relief, on fine stones, dare to share the motif or inscriptions of your choice. The store also offers ready-to-be-engraved supports (medals, bracelets...).

Villaines-les-Rochers is home to the Vannerie Romand'art workshop. Catherine Romand, who graduated from the basketry school in 1981, offers unique creations in art basketry. Creations include furniture, baskets, cradles, live wicker and sculptures. La Vannerie can work on projects from all over France. Recent creations include a 4-meter diameter lampshade, an illuminated sculpture and a new-generation bench for cities. The workshop also offers training courses.
