This Russian martial art, taught by Jérôme Kadian, stands out for its free approach and lack of strict rules. Classes prepare students to deal with all kinds of situations, relying on their intuition, their ability to improvise and a few fundamental principles rather than on learning predefined techniques. Classes are held at the Maison de la Culture Arménienne, 17 rue Bleue in the 9th arrondissement. To take part in the classes, we recommend that you wear a tracksuit, a T-shirt, sports shoes suitable for the gym and thin, light-colored soles. The club also offers seminars open to all, as well as training courses for future instructors.
