Chinese New Year is celebrated in Paris in the, and arrondissements. Make way for the festivities and the parade!
Chinese New Year is celebrated in several Paris neighborhoods, where large groups of the diaspora are present. These include the3rd,4th and 11th arrondissements. Some of their streets are bustling with Chinese-owned businesses (clothing, leather goods, etc.). To the sound of cymbals, drums and firecrackers, lions and dragons animated by young people move from store to shop throughout the day. But it's in the 13th arrondissement that the biggest parade takes place, particularly along the Avenue d'Ivry.

The Chinese new year is celebrated every year, especially during a procession in the 13th arrondissement of the capital. Under an air carnival, the procession, which lasts a few hours, allows you to assist disguised people on the way, often forming dragons or the representation of other Chinese symbols. Everything happens in a warm atmosphere and many colours surveying the streets this day are worth the trip alone.
