The workshop team is made up of several experienced bow makers, including Jade Bigot and Juliette Marillier. Sandrine Raffin, who obtained her "brevet de Technicien en Lutherie" in 1991, joined the family business in 2005 and became its owner in 2007. She is currently president of the workshop, and plays an active role in repairing, restoring and making bows. Jade Bigot, after studying in Korea for three months, joined the family workshop in 2019. She devotes herself to restoring, repairing and making bows, while contributing to the management of the business. Juliette Marillier, meanwhile, trained in Italy and joined the workshop in 2015. She specializes in bow repair.
