Excellent value for money in this restaurant with a nice view. The plates are copious (local kitchen) and the warm welcome. The hotel also organizes musical evenings.

The cuisine at Ti-Maz, located on the Rivière-Sens marina, is inspired by chef Matthieu Métais's many travels (Reunion, Provence, Vietnam...), as well as by West Indian gastronomy. Fresh produce is supplied by a fine list of local producers. On the menu: "crousti-fondants" ribs with caramelized sauce, served with a sweet potato velouté, seared tuna fillet served with a ti-cucumber curry... The menu changes regularly, and dishes are accompanied by original cocktails.

The owners opened La Kaz à Pompon with one objective in mind: to get Basse-Terre moving. In just a few months, this restaurant-bar has become a must-visit spot. The snack-style kitchen serves burgers, cocktails, wraps, croque-monsieur, mafés, rougails... All homemade. This friendly place organizes live music evenings, karaoke and Latin dance classes. A large play area offers a wide range of board games and toys for children. The place is also a youth hostel with 4 rooms and a co-working space.

The restaurant is now the place where you can find a pleasant evening for friends or lovers to enjoy your holidays. This is the opportunity to discover traditional cuisine high in colour and flavours (poultry gigotin to spices, Tournedos Tournedos or famous Pipol plates made up of lobster, stuffed stuffed, acras, chatrou…). Cabaret evenings are organized on Friday evening at the piano bar.

The restaurant's location is exceptional. Chez Ernest overlooks the bay of Deshaies, and the view is breathtaking wherever you sit. The cozy turquoise-and-wood decor blends perfectly with the surroundings. On the plate, the establishment offers fusion cuisine with local produce for an explosion of flavors. The menu changes regularly, and includes chicken brochettes on sugar cane sticks with satay and peanut sauce, matured beef fillet, tuna tataki or lobster ravioli...

Located on the seafront between Malendure and downtown Bouillante, Sunset B is a safe bet. The cuisine is fresh and of the highest quality, with local produce, fish and meat supplied by local fishermen and butchers. Choose from four daily specials, including a vegetarian option. The dishes are original (giraumon polenta with mushrooms and comté cheese, demi-coquelet with mustard sauce, pistachio brownie...). In the evenings, the restaurant also serves as a punch bar. The decor is intimate and trendy. Children's corner on site.

This friendly, family-run restaurant-caterer is located just a minute from the main road, and offers traditional West Indian cuisine, on the premises or to take away. Grilled meats, XXL kebabs, authentic Neapolitan pizzas, homemade desserts... Generous portions. On-site, an air-conditioned dining room and a small terrace. There's also a cocktail bar, with a wide range of aged rums and spirits. Entertainment is organized on Friday and Saturday evenings, including karaoke and dinner concerts.
