In an artistic complementarity in the city of Rennes, the Le Ponant, present in the local cultural landscape since 2000, offers music, dance or even one-man shows that attract an ever more audience. For the 2011-2012 season, no fewer than 35 performances will come to animate this dynamic site. The festival "La Semaine des Arts", which takes place in November, has become an invaluable rendezvous for the Pacéens. This equipment is at the top: a modular room can accommodate up to 1 380 people; 100 to 590 in amphitheatre, from 50 to 448 for seated meals and 50 to 800 for a standing cocktail. The Maison de la Baie is a discovery center that provides a better understanding of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. The permanent exhibition offers a fascinating insight into local mussel farming, with outings in the "mytili-mobile" to visit the mussel and oyster beds. Walking tours of 4 to 6 hours allow visitors to discover the coastal landscapes of the bay. Mellé has been labeled "commune du patrimoine rural de Bretagne" and is strongly committed to sustainable development. It offers an immersion in the interpretation and understanding of its natural and architectural heritage through its interpretation center: Melléco. Opened since 2003, the place offers films, animation days, the Pierres et Nature circuit, evening events, exhibitions, art and path paths... A grain library has been set up, the vegetables are sold at free price between July and October. The money is then donated to a charity.

Le Triangle, a nationally recognized "art and creation" stage for dance, has been based in the Blosne district of Paris since 1985. It offers the public the chance to discover a wide range of choreographic performances: urban, contemporary, baroque dance... with the aim of crossing genres and disciplines. Vert le Jardin encourages and supports shared composting and gardening. Meet enthusiasts, get expert advice and discover the map of Rennes' shared composts. Take part in training courses on composting, gardening, canning and more. It has an organic seed and plant store, rents out gardening tools and organizes workshops and events throughout the year. A service provider for Rennes Métropoles, Vert le Jardin also provides compost bins for those without a garden. Membership of the association is just 3 euros.
