Its strong point: it has a very pleasant room under a veranda and a terrace on the roofs where a delicious breakfast is served. Charming, the recently renovated rooms are all different, simply furnished but dapper, luminous and enhanced with cheerful colors, with nice matching bathrooms.

They are very well equipped (modern bathrooms, air conditioning, wifi), with bay windows and outdoor terraces. You feel quiet but close to the centre. On weekend evenings, the restaurant is full to bursting with locals celebrating birthdays, a sign of the good, cheap, typically Sicilian food that we recommend. No breakfast, however.

This new hotel opened in the center of Castellamare del Golfo is a good address for medium budgets. A handful of double rooms, all renovated and very well equipped (air conditioning, luxury bedding), are spread over three floors of a building. Some have a balcony with a view of the village and the sea. Its main asset: a small swimming pool on the roof with a view and a rooftop bar, as well as a spa. The breakfast is a marvel of homemade desserts and fresh local products. Warm French-speaking welcome.

In this 4-star hotel, renovated in 2015, you will be pleasantly surprised by the grandiose decoration of the lobby: original black and white checkerboard flooring, red leather upholstered armchairs, decorative sculptures, neat lighting... It offers 65 rooms, 2 restaurants, a bar. But above all: a spa (with massages, sauna, Turkish bath) and a mini-pool, a great place to relax. The rooms, not very large, are comfortable, quiet, with a bold and original design. Wonderful breakfast, with high quality products.

The rooms are simple but at an unbeatable price, with good bedding, air-conditioned and impeccably clean, with private bathroom. The rooms are very spacious, with high ceilings and cement tiles as typical as the Sicilian furniture. The owner's welcome is warm and the breakfast delicious.

Located 500 m from La Plaja beach, one of the most beautiful on the island, this charming hotel with white façade facing the Grande Bleue offers a dozen beautiful rooms with terrace. They are well-equipped (telephone, TV, air-conditioning and refrigerator) and are decorated in poetic and blue pastel tones. The whole is very soothing and romantic. Good restaurant.
