The main asset of this establishment is its ideal location, directly on the beach. 10 rooms out of 14 are equipped with a shower with hot water. This may be the address for backpackers missing from El Nido - it may well be because we are not sure that too large a influx of tourists does not harm the majesty of the site in the long term. The strong point: its central location, a few minutes away from the center of the village, but also a little away from it and therefore quiet. It is not the best value for money of El Nido but it remains a correct and practical place.

Directly on the beach of Sabang, the Big Apple offers decent and well kept rooms, in an authentic style. We like the atmosphere in the bar and in the restaurant which - quite rare - serves 24 hours a day and where a barbecue is proposed every day. Friendly atmosphere, good to meet people. In this adventure camp, which overlooks a large garden, you will find simple, functional rooms in large traditional bungalows. The prices are reasonable. Atlantis is one of Sabang's historic establishments with Mediterranean-style architecture. The rooms are comfortable and well designed. The swimming pool is mainly used for introductory diving courses. The hotel's restaurant serves very good food. The hotel is totally focused on diving with its excellent 5-star PADI center, which allows to take courses or for experienced divers to make the most of their stay by discovering the best dive sites. An excellent address for years.

A spartan address, with an unattractive facade, but which can help out and is suitable for those who travel on a budget, as it is one of the cheapest addresses in the city. The rooms and bathrooms are basic but the staff is pleasant and makes the place less gloomy. It is located near the market and the city center and especially close to the pier where boats leave for Pandan Island. For a night of transit, it does the trick.

On White Beach, this budget hotel offers very basic but decent rooms for this price range. There is also a free shuttle that is available to guests to go to Puerto Galera. To be quiet during the week (less on the weekend when many people flock to the beach to enjoy the many bars and restaurants). We recommend it especially for those who are not keen on comfort but want to enjoy a good location, directly on the beach.

The best address. The rooms with parquet floors are simple and well maintained, the common bathroom impeccable. And above all Vicky, which can provide a lot of information and cooking very well!

In this charming ecolodge B&B run by two Frenchmen, nothing is left to chance. The materials are natural (woven bamboo, wood and coconut fiber insulation), the pool is made in a recycled container, the water is heated with solar energy and the dinner menus are made only with fresh market products. Probably the most luxurious hotel hotel in the city, it is a large white building located on the seafront. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and equipped with bathrooms with bathtub, and a private balcony. However, there is no swimming pool for a hotel of this kind.

An address we're proud to have unearthed! Far from the hustle and bustle of Coron, Judith and her husband built this paradise in 2015. The Riverhouse is nestled in the heights of Busuanga, offering an exceptional view of the river and the hills: the colors change throughout the day like a living painting. It is deafeningly quiet. The 7 rooms located in individual lodges offer all the necessary comfort, those with a view on the river are perfect. The staff is very attentive and the restaurant is excellent. A favorite!

Located near Mount Tapyas, the Vela Terraces bears its name well, as it is laid out in terraces accessible via several flights of stairs. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a contemporary decoration. Some suites offer a superb view of Coron Bay. Located at the end of the beach, 300 meters to the left of the pier when facing the sea, this group of bungalows offers a peaceful setting in the middle of the forest, a few steps from the center of Sabang. The huts built in bamboo and nippa are clean, some have a rather hallucinogenic .... wall decoration and for the less expensive of them, the comfort is rudimentary. However, all of them have a balcony with a hammock. The charming setting and tranquility distinguish this establishment from other guesthouses along the beach.

Pem's pension is a good alternative if Casa Rosa is full for example. Some of the cottages have a direct view of the Santa Isabel fort. The rooms are equipped with a fan and the cottages with air conditioning. Wifi is available in the restaurant and the very friendly staff can arrange tours of the area. The restaurant offers the usual Filipino specialties and a selection of sandwiches. Correct.

Near Busuanga (for a change from Coron), here are wooden huts with a balcony worthy of Robinson Crusoe! One of the newest establishments in this price range. It is in the center of Coron Town (be careful with the noise, there is a karaoke next door). The dormitories or rooms that are offered are clean and functional but not always very bright. They are very basic. There is a water fountain available and the basic but good breakfast is offered. One of the advantages of the Sea Horse is also its roof terrace on which meals are served and from which one can enjoy a magnificent view on the bay of Coron.
