The menu is fairly classic, but what makes it different is the wood-fired oven where suckling pigs are cooked, one of the specialities of the house. The menu also includes soups, salads, fish and a wide range of delicious meats. You may prefer to sit on the charming interior patio. This is an excellent and very popular restaurant in Segovia. Unfortunately, the service can sometimes be a bit of a hindrance, since it is so successful. But on the plate, there are only good surprises, especially thanks to the star of the establishment, the roast suckling pig. Its menu del dia, offered at lunchtime during the week, offers very good value for money and its excellent suckling pig, the typical dish of the town, is a must try. The lamb chops are also delicious. The welcome is very pleasant and the setting, rustic as one could wish, make it a really nice place to stop. To be tried.

This restaurant, with its very pleasant décor, is located a few metres from the entrance to the palace of La Granja de San Ildefonso. A good option before or after a visit. And, after the meal, the large garden on the square just opposite the establishment offers a life-saving freshness in summer, when temperatures do not fall below 30°C. For its part, the menu of this small address offers all the great regional classics. There's nothing stunning on the plate, but the price-quality ratio is quite good.

The intimate and warm atmosphere of the establishment, with a piano, a fireplace and wooden floors, adds to the promise of a delicious lunch or a successful dinner.

A local institution located just in front of the aqueduct and therefore very popular with tourists passing through, but also with the locals. The suckling pig, the famous Segovian pig, is excellent. You can also enjoy a duck breast and good game specialities. The rustic and friendly setting, with a fireplace in winter, gives the place a warm atmosphere. And the terrace in summer offers a unique view of the aqueduct. The service can be a little fast though. Reservation recommended during weekends in high season.
