After having worked in the great restaurants of Catalonia and the Basque Country, Jorge Maestro and María Viqueira have opened this excellent restaurant where they revisit local products to offer a quality fusion menu. The patio is very pleasant and the rather modern decoration blends in perfectly with the Casa del Doncel, one of the beautiful medieval buildings in the city centre. A nice gastronomic discovery where you are welcomed with a smile. Very nice wine list and possible food and wine pairing.
