In the shop window, you'll find over thirty flavors - from mango to maracuja and pear, as well as pecan, guava, peanut and cappuccino - each more irresistible than the last. The ice cream is homemade, as are the delicious cakes. In fact, we can't recommend breakfast enough: the pastries are delicious!

Read moreEvery Sunday, the Javouhey market spreads out its stalls to the delight of locals and tourists alike, who flock there in droves to shop for the fruits and vegetables you'll almost certainly only see here: combava, cinnamon apple, rosa apple, dragon fruit... Hmong specialties are also on offer: sticky rice in banana leaves, shrimp soup, nem and pies of all kinds. It's a great way to savour some tasty specialities and take home some memories.
