Concert halls Esch-Sur-Alzette

Since its opening in 2014, Artikuss has been an essential reference point in the local cultural landscape. With a capacity of 860, this multi-purpose concert hall offers the chance to discover art in (almost) all its forms. It offers a variety of events, from jazz and theater to wind and classical music, dance and children's shows. A total of eight themed series make up the richly varied cultural program. A 130-space parking lot is available to visitors.

The seventh art is always a great idea for a great night out... At CinéStarlight, you can discover the latest releases as well as auteur films. Both cinemas are housed in the premises of the National Audiovisual Centre. In addition to releases of current films, the NAC also organizes themed screenings, previews, meetings with filmmakers and evenings around the national heritage, as well as traditional ciné-goûters for younger audiences.

Since 1993, the Conservatoire de musique d'Esch-sur-Alzette has been offering numerous classical and jazz concerts with a season that generally begins in October and ends in May of the following year. The line-up includes nationally and internationally renowned artists and groups.

At the same time, the Conservatory has a teaching mission and offers many courses throughout the year: solfège, orchestra and choir conducting, brass, percussion... but also dance, electro-acoustic or spoken disciplines.

More than 150 performances take place there every year with shows of all genres: operas, operettas, concerts, dance shows, variety shows, jazz, musicals... The large hall can accommodate more than 500 people. The small hall, which can accommodate up to 100 people, is better suited to intimate shows, literary and poetic evenings, café-theatre, jazz concerts, etc. The second floor of the theatre is reserved for the presentation of artistic or thematic exhibitions, while the ground floor houses a bar.
