Read moreThe Ancien Cinéma Café Club has moved into the premises of the Vianden cinema, which had been abandoned for a long time. The 200-year-old building, full of character, now houses painting exhibitions, films, concerts, a music club, a shop and a café with small catering facilities. The old limestone walls have been renovated, the original cinema seats have been preserved, and the building is decorated with comfortable sofas, vintage chairs and elegant tables from the 1960s. A corner has even been specially designed for children.

Read moreTaking place on the site of the former wood industry, the Ciné Scala is managed by the City of Diekirch. It consists of 5 cinemas with a total capacity of 473 visitors in their colourful armchairs. Most of the latest releases are shown in French, German and VO with subtitles. The establishment also offers special screenings of auteur films and documentaries, sometimes in the presence of the director. Located a stone's throw from the train station and with a large car park, the site is very easy to access.
