A very good Italian restaurant in Merida. The elegant setting goes hand in hand with the cuisine. We are dealing here with an aesthetic and tasty research that leads to surprising results: take for example the fried lasagna, served in small cubes, crunchy on the outside, melting on the inside, excellent at all times! For conservative palates, you will find the great classics: carbonara, risotto, tomato-mozzarella... The wine list is well stocked, and the desserts have that little touch of originality that we liked so much.

This Italian restaurant is located in the residential area of Mahahual, between the village and the port and commercial complex where the huge ferries dock. Because of its location, it is a restaurant that is mostly frequented by foreigners who live in the area. But it's worth the trip there. The atmosphere is nice, there are regular musical evenings, and the pasta and wood-fired pizzas are really exquisite, much better than those found on the Malecón!

First of all, we must talk about the framework. A so beautiful terrace facing water is not given to everyone. For the rest, we are in a more classical register, with an essentially Italian menu on the map. The chef knows full well the flavours of Tuscany, with seafood products from the Caribbean. But among the Italian dishes, the stinco di "in salmi is not enough to distinguish himself (a calf dish, with Milanese risotto). Good Italian wine List. 

A very good restaurant of Mediterranean and Italian cuisine in Campeche. The prices are reasonable, the dishes are good without being extravagant. As the name of the restaurant indicates, the idea of the Selem children was to pay homage to their grandmother, of Italian origin and whose hospitality was recognized in town. And it is rather successful! The reception is neat and the adjoining hotel receives only good compliments from tourists who have stayed there. A small recommendation: the Risotto Mare e Monte, very successful.
