A very good Italian restaurant in Merida. The elegant setting goes hand in hand with the cuisine. We are dealing here with an aesthetic and tasty research that leads to surprising results: take for example the fried lasagna, served in small cubes, crunchy on the outside, melting on the inside, excellent at all times! For conservative palates, you will find the great classics: carbonara, risotto, tomato-mozzarella... Oliva Enoteca is a restaurant located in an old house in the historic center of Mérida Yucatán. It offers fresh, authentic and original Italian cuisine with seasonal ingredients. You can enjoy traditional pasta dishes such as bolognese and carbonara. But also pieces of red meat prepared in different ways. Moreover, this establishment has a wide wine list as well as other drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). You can enjoy your food and drinks at the restaurant counter, in the dining room or outside on the terrace. Oliva Enoteca is wheelchair accessible, and you can pay by card.
