The plantation offers a unique experience for travelers to southwest Cambodia: it's a Kampot pepper farm, considered the world's finest pepper by chefs and gourmets for over a century. The farm is built around a superb building that used to be a monks' refectory. Visits to the plantation are organized to discover the different stages in the cultivation of pepper and other spices.
