LA FONDA
Read moreThis restaurant restaurant is a true discovery, in the pleasant pedestrian street of Castellano, with outdoor tables under the lit palm trees in the evening. Ginger pork ribs and sweet potatoes with sweet potatoes are delicious. The card changes regularly depending on the season. A real blow of heart.
LUCCA BISTROT Y CAFE
Read moreThis is a new table on Sarandi Street that is worth a fork. Young inventive chefs use seasonal vegetables to create a map with little choice but a lot of freshness and flavor, at very reasonable prices at noon. Fine cuisine that changes dishes in sauce served everywhere, with the requirement of perfect cooking. The interior room is as pleasant as the terrace tables on the pedestrian street, a real good address.
EL COPACABANA
Read moreIf you have not yet overdose of chivitos, "mozzarellas" and other local picadas, this address is made for you! This is the equivalent of our Parisian breweries, open at any time it rains or sold (except Sunday). We appreciate its terrace in the heart of the pedestrian, strategic street to watch the crowd, its unpretentious ambience, its friendly and friendly servers. We don't promise you the great cuisine but rich dishes, not expensive, that hold on to the body and arrive quickly on the table! The classic menus of the day are in promotion on slate.
CANTINA EL MORRITO
Read moreThis restaurant owned by the Parque Rodo fishermen is a small paradise for fish lovers at the plancha. Miniaturas are also found (small fish frills), empanadas, some seasonal seafood à la carte, salad and fries, all at a floor price. The view on the beach from the sunny terrace is a delight, but there is no restaurant in hard weather so in case of rain, it's closed.
JACINTO
Read moreThe renowned restaurant of Lucia Soria, the protected Argentine chef Francis Mallmann, is one of the first to have opened in Sarandi Street in 2012, not far from the beautiful square Zabala. The slate is prepared according to seasonal products and the site is wide. We appreciate the terrace, the mouthful of the cover with very good bread and finely prepared entries, as well as desserts. On the other hand, dishes lack attention, both in cooking meat and in the accompanying proposal. The price is expected to be better. Too bad, all the more so since midmidi there is no «executive menu», everything is à la carte and prices are salted.
