Opened in 2014, this restaurant, run by Franco-Spaniard Fabien Charlemagne and his partner Marilza de Souza, is a real reference in Niamey. It's undoubtedly one of the city's best addresses. The cuisine is both simple and varied: lamb shank cooked with herbes de Provence, Madras shrimps, gratins, pizzas and charcoal grills... Enjoy under a straw hut in the garden, or in the indoor (air-conditioned) dining room. There's also an outdoor bar, games room and secure parking. Recommended.
