The Jipek Joli Hotel has opened this lovely restaurant where you can taste the karakalpak specialties including the beshbarmak le jugara gurtuk which are noodle and beef dishes that cook for a long time in a broth. They are usually served with shorpa, the cooking stock. It is a unique opportunity to discover an aspect of Karakalpake culture. Also the great classics of Uzbek cuisine for lunch: chachlyks and plov in the lead! Like the hotel, the restaurant enjoys a not unpleasant touch of decoration.

In a "suburb" of Noukous, Shadli aul, this fish restaurant is appreciated by the locals.
