Welcome to Cambier, urban brewery of craft beers. Its creator, Jean-Christophe Cambier, an agricultural engineer by training, has a passion for the brewing tradition and a love of contact with the public. This is why he organizes numerous tasting sessions accompanied by visits to the production facilities. It is here that he produces Mongy, named after the founder of the Lille tramway! Mongy is available in a variety of flavours, from lager to IPA. The Cambier range offers limited edition beers.

Welcome to the temple of craft beer, local and eco-responsible! Conceived by Pierre-André Zimmermann and Aymeric Segard, the Tandem Brewery proves that it is possible to produce differently. Here, the malts are organic, the energy is green, the water is reused and the spent grain (cereal residue) is given to a farmer. The two friends have imagined light beers with little alcohol, but with a strong aromatic power. Attrape-Nigaud, Bonne-Pioche, Poule-Mouillée... : these are the names chosen for the first beers. The Tandem universe is joyful and colorful!

If you want to discover how to manufacture alcohol, this visit is made for you. Based on the history of the site (the building is classified as Historical Monument), the visit highlights the distillation stage, i. e. the fermented mixture of rye and barley that is then perfumed with juniper berries. A particular smell that will tickle the taste buds of connoisseurs and amateurs. Here, the famous northern juniper is distilled, but also - it is less well known - whisky. At the end of the visit, a tasting of the products is offered at the bar in the home. The visit is made by audio system.

Ze Zoet is the story of Antoine and Émilien, two childhood friends from the Lille metropolis, who meet around a common passion: beer. At the end of 2019, they create Ze Zoet, a craft and local beer, which they brew at the Hardy microbrewery, located in Quesnoy-sur-Deûle. Today, three beers are available: Ze Zoet blonde, Ze Zoet rosé and Ze Zoet IPA. It is possible to order the beer by sending a message on their Instagram account and have it delivered in the Lille Metropolis.

With over 8 years' experience in leading Paris and Lille wineries, Aurélien Chutaux embarked on a solo adventure in 2012, opening his own boutique simply called Les Vins d'Aurélien. An expert in his field, Aurélien Chutaux nevertheless seeks to make the world of wine and spirits accessible to all, even the most novice. In the wine department, all regions are represented, although the owner admits to a predilection for Alsace and Languedoc wines. Foreign wines are also well represented, with a fine collection of bottles from destinations such as Lebanon and Romania. The spirits section is also well-stocked, with a wide choice of whiskies, sakes, absinthes and gins. Gin lovers will be pleasantly surprised to discover on the shelves an attractive bottle of Swiss gin, Monkey 47, with an incomparable taste not found in every wine shop. Aurélien Chutaux combines expertise and conviviality to help you discover a rich and tasty universe.

The Champagne Terroir Expérience association is made up of 10 independent winegrowers who share their passion for 100% terroir champagnes made with respect for nature and tradition, and open the doors of their boutique in Vieux-Lille. Over 100 references, a fine selection of wines (succulent whites and flat reds), and some unusual drinks (such as ratafia made from macerated grapes) await you. You can also meet the producers and take part in their glass-licking tasting workshops!

Brasserie Du Goulot offers quality beers, crafted by master brewers. The ingredients are carefully selected to guarantee a delicately hopped and aromatic beer. The brewery also emphasizes proximity and conviviality, adapting its recipes and beers to the local area. In addition to on-site tastings, guided tours can be booked or the premises can be privatized. The brasserie also offers delivery services, but does not offer takeaway meals. Brasserie Du Goulot also emphasizes its ecological values, using returnable bottles, recycled cardboard and donating brewing residues to local farmers. For beer lovers, Brasserie Du Goulot is a must in Roubaix.

La Bière La Golfeuse is a beer cellar located in Bondues. They offer a craft blond beer called "La Golfeuse 7", which has an alcohol content of 7%. This beer stands out for its freshness on the nose and palate, as well as for its hoppiness.
