Ô SAINTE PATRONNE
Read moreHands that create are hands that think... and Sophie Fraudin's hands have been creating for a long time, for as long as she can remember, with this passion for sewing and the beautiful way of doing things buried inside her. So, after years spent in a pharmaceutical laboratory as an executive, she decided to create this project that was so dear to her heart: to transmit her passion and her know-how of sewing. Today, it is done with this workshop where everyone, at their own pace and under Sophie's guidance, can learn to sew: by yearly or quarterly subscription, a la carte, during vacations... to rediscover the pleasure of doing it yourself and to leave with your creation.

Objects are made from wood, paper or cardboard, many of them made in France, and without any plastic in the interests of eco-responsibility. Here you'll find a wide choice of "paper trophies" (a kind of origami, only more complex) for both youngsters (animal heads) and adults (a superb cardboard Einstein head!), as well as delightful Diorama (model reconstructions of places), painted wooden models, wooden puzzles...
ATELIER MARTINE MAUDET
Read moreIt's been 4 years now that Martine Maudet, graduate in art embroidery and from the famous school Pivaut in Nantes, has invested this small room in the rue Bressigny to exhibit and sell her creations, but also (alternately, and more and more frequently) to give art embroidery classes (of course!), but also painting, pastel, drawing and even tapestry. A multidisciplinary artist, whose gallery-workshop-boutique is constantly reinvented according to her creations (superb clay sculptures and female portraits in oil or acrylic) but also according to her desire to exhibit the works of other artists. A singular, intimate and endearing place.
