In this vast boutique, completely refurbished last year, a clientele of enthusiasts comes to find what they're looking for: manga by the thousands of course (nearly 10,000 references!), but also a few copies of Japanese literature or books associated with Japanese culture. There's also a section devoted entirely to the world of the famous studios Ghibli, and a second boutique on rue Chaperonnière, also stocking manga as well as a wide range of related products (posters, t-shirts, figurines, etc.)

Arguably one of the finest comic book stores in the region. Nearly 25,000 items are on display here. A store for all ages and all publics, where works are classified by theme, then by publisher. The comics section is particularly noteworthy. Fans of comic books will want to take a look at the showcases behind which Tintin and superheroes are displayed in 3D versions. Finally, at the back of the store, an area dedicated to author signing sessions proudly displays its personalized dedications on Trélazé slate plates!

This is the kind of second-hand store we love, where you have to earn your way to a rare pearl, and where it's good to poke around for a long time while chatting with Bertrand, the owner. If you don't really know what you're looking for, you can rely on this passionate man to advise you and guide you through his cheerful jumble of thousands of books in all styles, which is much more organized than it might seem at first glance. Gibrat, Hergé, Cauvin, Manara, Uderzo... Here, the big names in comics (as well as the more obscure ones) can be found at more than reasonable prices, 6 or 7 euros for current editions, and the likelihood of leaving empty-handed is pretty slim!
