This site is listed on the French Inventory of Natural Monuments and Historic Sites. Château de Monbet, a former ^17th-century cave, stands at the end of an avenue of centuries-old oaks. Located in the south of Gironde, 30 minutes from Bordeaux and 30 minutes from Langon, Domaine Pascaud enjoys a rare location in the heart of the Premières Côtes de Bordeaux and Entre-Deux-Mers vineyards. Entirely restored several years ago, this superb reception area in the former cellar of the estate has been converted into reception rooms; one 160 m² for a dinner with dancing party, one 90 m² for a ceremony or brunch and two 20 m² rooms that can serve as a playroom for children, cloakroom, etc. The building is magnificent, with an incredible exceptional structure made up of whole trees. The covered terrace, with a view of the vineyard, is ideal for a cocktail party. Around it, the vast park - 10,000 m² - promises to be the stage for all desires... The car park, which can accommodate more than 100 vehicles, is completely isolated from the park for the safety and tranquility of all. Housed in a former wine storehouse with exposed beams, it offers traditional dishes in a verdant setting. The restaurant does not offer takeaway or delivery. Chef Laurent Poumeyrau offers a menu where customers are free to compose their own. Some dishes may be missing, depending on the market. Desserts are announced and ordered at the beginning of the meal. The restaurant also offers a selection of wines.

Managed by the Serge Blanco complex, it has an auditorium, three sub-commission rooms with a total capacity of 160 seats, equipped with overhead projectors and automatic translation booths. It benefits from a hotel park of 450 rooms, some examples of which are given below (Tel 05 59 51 36 59).

A historic property in the Lalande de Pomerol appellation, Château Siaurac has been a level 3 HVE-certified vineyard since 2018. The origins of the vineyard date back to the ^18th century. The Bois Percés (pierced woods), designed at that time, form a wooded ensemble that is unique in the region. A romantic, English-style park was added at the end of the ^19th century by Louis Bernard Fischer, landscape architect for Bordeaux's public gardens. The landscaped park has held the Jardin Remarquable label since 2015. Both the buildings and the park are listed as Historic Monuments.
