The 33 certified restaurants and 75 partner producers in the Gers are all committed to a local, responsible approach to quality. The label gives tourists and local customers a clearer idea of the quality food on offer, cooked with local produce.

Read moreThe Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the Gers is managed by craftsmen elected for a 5-year term. Serving craftsmen, apprentices and local authorities, the CMA of the Gers accompanies, defends and promotes the activity of craft businesses on a daily basis. While assisting project leaders, entrepreneurs and craftsmen, it also trains apprentices through the Gers Trade School, which offers training courses ranging from CAP to BTS. The CMA also helps businesses in their digital and ecological transitions.
