Excellent restaurant located in a winegrower's house offering a "Assiette Gourmande
This excellent restaurant is located in a winegrower's house and its outbuildings nicely restored. It is decorated with antique objects and paintings by David Grandmaire. The Assiette Gourmande is a must, composed of foie gras, duck breast, smoked salmon, cured ham, presskopf and salad. As for the baked marrow bone au gratin with fleur de sel, it is a must. Chef Joël Stamm also excels in the art of preparing fish matelote with Riesling and seasonal game. Gastronomic theme evenings upon reservation.

Restaurant authentique avec beaucoup de choix de plats alsaciens. Les plats sont très bons mais je m’attendais à mieux en lisant les avis. Le service pourrait être un peu plus avenant.

Nous sommes venus le 30 janvier avec notre bernois et l'accueil fût d'une gentillesse et tout le repas s'est passé comme ça. Étant donné que nous avons un chalet dans la région, c'est sûr que nous reviendrons,encore merci à vous. Viviane et Pascal (Belgique)
