Sober and chic, this establishment offers a refined and transparent cuisine: you know what you eat and where the products come from! The Scheer couple welcomes you with a smile and advises you according to the seasonal menu. Whether you are vegetarian or carnivore, there is something for everyone: salmon gravlax with Scandinavian sauce, hot goat's cheese roast with smoked bacon, pike-perch back with green juice and garlic vitelotte, Kastenwald steak tartare, crispy risotto with small vegetables... Add delicious desserts and excellent Alsace wines!

Assiettes généreuses : ( en ce qui me concerne, le foie de veau)
Pour le prix ...c'est la même chose dans tous les bons restaurants : ils ont augmenté, mais ici c'est proportionnel.
Un seul regret ....j'avais le souvenir d'un cordon bleu fantastique : il n'est plus à la carte .

En bref si vous voulez apprécier un moment gourmand allez y les yeux fermés.
Serveuse très accueillante, souriante et agréable. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant. Nous avons été très bien servi et les prix sont assez raisonnable
Amatrice de profriteroles : elles sont super bonnes avec un biscuit croquant ( ce qui est rare).
