The Hoopla festival is an opportunity to teach the smallest, but also the great children, the pleasure of reading by developing the pleasure of "reading". In addition to the authors and illustrators at the festival, workshops are organized for professionals in the youth world. Hoopla offers a magical and mysterious universe where storytellers, illustrators and authors follow but do not look like creating a world that marks the rêveurs minds of our little bits.
