Hmm... It's so nice to enjoy a cup of coffee with a bar of chocolate. Except... you've come to the wrong door. This is the Coffee House, located right next to the entrance to the Domyos Club, a fitness establishment in the Oxylane Village complex. So, yes, it's all about coffee, bars and chocolate, but more specifically, it's all about body-building bars, chocolate-bar abs and coffee classes. Granted, it's not exactly the stuff of dreams, but this small fitness club is run by a team of super-efficient and motivated coaches who advise members, young and old, stimulate them in TBC (Total Body Conditioning) classes and help them achieve a TBC (Très Beau Corps). Members can take advantage of some twenty cardio-training machines, thirty weight-training machines and a room where group fitness classes are held, with classic zumba, fit cycling or fit cardio, muscle-strengthening or cardiovascular programs, to salsa, techno or rock music. Domyos Club could just as easily have been called Damien's Club, thanks to the incredible talent of young instructor Damien Bleger, also a TBC (Très Branché et Cool), who excels in free-style, particularly with his crazy step choreography. It's enough to make you slim with pleasure!
