Restaurant in a rustic chic setting offering good value for money

Here, one sits in a rustic chic setting to enjoy a winegrower's salad with poached egg, Charolais beef tartar or veal medallions marinated in fine herbs. As for the menu of the day, it offers a very satisfactory quality/price ratio. On weekends, there is a free choice from the à la carte menu, with a particular preference for the bouchées à la reine. Pleasant terrace open when the weather is fine, attentive service. A last word about the name of the restaurant and its butcher's shop: Bim Hudsala means "little pig" in Alsatian!

Open Monday to Thursday for lunch; Friday and Saturday for lunch and dinner. Open on Sundays from Easter to the end of June and from the end of September to the end of December. Reservation recommended. Children's menu : 10 €. Lunch formula : 17,50 € (3 courses). Charolais beef tartar : 19,90 €. Groups welcome. Terrace. Butcher's shop and delicatessen. Catering service.

Excellente cuisine avec les produits de la maison!

On y mange bien et les prix sont corrects.
L'accueil est sympathique et les plats sont excellents.
Le choix en bières est limité. On aimerait y trouver de la bière artisanale francaise de qualité.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Le restaurant est sympa conviviale, le personnel est agréable. Les plats sont bon et bien servi, sauf le petit bémol il n'avait plus assez de spaetzles et ils ne nous ont pas prévenu pour nous servir autre chose.
