Welcome to this friendly gym, where you can forget about your chocolate bars and concentrate on your abs (in the inevitably near future, in chocolate bars)! In a bright, modern open space, members can find all the essential cardio-training equipment, with TV on every machine, weight training and slimming circuits in a very cool, relaxed atmosphere. As everyone knows everyone else, the thigh-abdo-buttocks (CAF) is replaced by coffee in the relaxation area. The team of trainers is super-friendly, smiling and efficient, helping you to gain muscle or lose fat. We loved the group classes, because they're on video. So you can cheat, or even stop... and the teacher is always happy! At last, a class where you want to stay until the end to stretch rather than pull yourself up by your bootstraps!
